I've started drinking coffee and it is doing a number on my bowels, helping me to go to the bathroom on days that I feel stopped up. The only downfall is the amount of cramping it causes in my poor intestines. As I push and push, it seems the cramping gets worse right before a big emptying of my bowels. I feel there is still more in there so I pull up my shirt to reveal my chubby belly and start pushing on it to encourage it to start moving around. I hope I get it all out.
