We decided to try the "extreme" pilates workout on our DVD's to see if we could push our chubby asses a little harder. First, while I sit there with my soft belly exposed and wrinkled up in the sitting position, they want us to use the stupid bands that we wrap around our feet. Already I can tell this isn't going to go well. Then it wants us to do goofy stuff with our legs, making me feel like a beached whale. I have a feeling we will be cutting this short and switching if I get any more frustrated!
