Muscular trainer is begging for mercy during a painful feet punishment!
Rafal is a strong tough personal trainer from my city. I was really surprised when he told me that there is no pain he couldn't be able to stand. An explanation was easy - he works as a security's guard in a night club in the city centre and he took place in some serious fights many times.
