Lillith is delivered in a cage, bound in a leather hood, arm binders and spiked nipple covers. Her nose ring is tied tightly to the hood. Aftr being released from the cage, the hood and her bondage is removed revealing her naked with her nose ring and nipple rings exposed and her ball gagged mouth drooling.
