My attempts to exercise with all my extra pounds continue! This time I try out something I used to be very good at when I was in shape: sit-ups! I used to lead the team in doing sit-ups, but now I find my big belly gets in the way, and I have to break out into a sweat to even get my shoulders off the ground! Then, tired and sweaty already, I try to do some push-ups....although they're more like body plops than push-ups! After all that work, I decide I deserve a reward, and eat some candy!
