I really don't know what's wrong with me.

It all started when I took these beauty supplements the other day. They promised they would make me glow and grow. I kinda thought it was weird but I really wanted to look more pretty so I thought sod it and took them anyway.

I've been taking them for several days now and they have really improved my skin and nails. In fact I'm glowing... But I've been feeling so ill I just don't know what's wrong with me...
