I've just come back from a great night out with friends. They wanted to try out a great new vegan restaurant they had heard of. They all loved it. And I smiled along for the whole time I was there.

How could I tell them I was actually wishing the cashew cheese was real milky fatty cheese? That I wished the tofu would plop a chicken breast out at me so I could satisfy my cravings...?

Nope! I bit my tongue like a good guest. After all they were trying to treat me.

But as soon as I get home I pull out my leftover massive burger!

Nothing but solid ground beef! Delicious and sinful and red meat! All the things I know I shouldn't have!

Slap that big boy between two buns and load it up with real cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise, mushrooms. The works.

And a salad.

I guess that counts for being a good vegan girl?
