Women's breasts change so much during pregnancy. Our nipples get bigger, darker, wider. My nipples have gone from a pretty pink to a dark brown, and look how far they stick out now! My tits have gone from a small 34B to these huge jugs. I've had to buy new bras every couple months so far!
