I'm attempting to fold some laundry when painful contractions once again rock my body. They've been coming more frequently now, which is expected at 39 weeks pregnant. These contractions seem to stop rather quickly, but I should know better than to think they're gone completely. Sure enough, a few seconds later they return to send jolts of agony shooting through me. As usual, I try not to panic and focus on keeping myself calm.
