Cheerleaders, Sharron and Alaina, are returning from cheer practice and poor Alaina has to walk on crutches because she hurt her ankle. Alaina tells Sharron that she is sad because she has to sit on the sidelines and just watch her team practice until her ankle is fully healed. Sharron, knowing how badly Alaina wants to return to cheering with the team, tells her of a technique she heard of that helps people heal more quickly. Alaina quickly agrees because she is willing to try anything! Sharron gently unwraps Alaina's hurt ankle and softly rubs her foot. She can't help but notice Alaina's fresh pedicure and how very soft her feet are. Sharron starts kissing and licking Alaina's fragile foot. As Sharron kisses, licks and sucks with her pretty pink tongue, you can see her lipstick prints on Alaina's sensitive soles, which is very sexy! Alaina starts giggling when Sharron licks her super ticklish spots and Sharron reminds her that laughter is very effective in speeding up the healing process, as well. When Sharron says that she needs to worship the other foot, Alaina quickly agrees. Sharron can't help herself, knowing how ticklish Alaina's feet are, and she takes advantage of her good foot and gives it a few tickles. She really wants Alaina back on the cheer leading squad and uses every healing technique she knows.

Since Sharron did such a thorough job, Alaina insists on returning the favor and gives Sharron's tired feet some TLC. Alaina informs Sharron that she has NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE and that she hopes she is as good as Sharron is at it. Alaina takes off Sharron's sweaty socks and Sharron is worried that her feet will be stinky, but Alaina reassures her that her feet smell just fine. Alaina does a VERY good job for her first foot worship! Sharron enjoys it so much that she can't help but play with Alaina's toes as she gets her feet licked and sucked.
