Cheerleaders, Sharron and Alaina, are returning from cheer practice and poor Alaina has to walk on crutches because she hurt her ankle. Alaina tells Sharron that she is sad because she has to sit on the sidelines and just watch her team practice until her ankle is fully healed. Sharron, knowing how badly Alaina wants to return to cheering with the team, tells her of a technique she heard of that helps people heal more quickly.
Cheerleader's pantyhose foot worship Part ONE:
Cheerleaders, Sharron and Alaina, have not been getting along lately and this has been affecting the quality of their practices. Coach Kenna has had enough of their petty quarreling and confronts them in the locker room. Kenna has decided that it is time to do a team building exercise with the girls to solve this problem. Even though the girls cant stand one another and make snarky remarks, they have no choice but to obey their coach. Kenna starts by making the girls remove each others sweaty, stinky socks, and the girls are NOT happy about this! Then, she makes them worship each others sweaty, panty hosed feet. The girl protest and Kenna reminds them that this is what being a team is all about. After their pantyhose are all wet with a mixture of sweat and spit, Kenna has them remove the pantyhose and worship each others bare feet. They complain how gross the other girls feet are, but Kenna doesn't care and makes them continue to lick each others soles and suck each others toes. Lets see if this very thorough foot worship really bonds these bratty cheerleaders!
Cheerleader Alexis soaks Lilli's sweaty nylons with her mouth Part TWO:
During cheer practice today coach Kenna noticed that Alexis and Lilli were being unusually competitive and aggressive toward one another. Now she wants to get to the root of this situation. It turns out both of these girls are vying for the head cheerleader position and coach Kenna knows exactly what will put these two bratty girls in their place- a team building exercise! Kenna decides to begin with Lilli and instructs her to remove Alexis's shoe and sniff her sweaty nylons from their practice earlier. Lilli is disgusted at the idea of doing this, but she is willing to do whatever it takes to get the title of cheer captain. In the meantime- Alexis is laughing and taunting Lilli- little does she know that she will be doing the same exact thing very soon! As per coach Kenna's instructions, Lilli thoroughly licks the sweat off and soaks both of Alexis's nylon covered feet by running her tongue up the length of Alexis's soles and sucking her nylon encased toes.
Coach Kenna teaches her cheerleaders a lesson in teamwork:

Alexis complains how much her foot smells, but coach Kenna tells her that this is exactly the point of this exercise! Kenna has to decide which girl is worthy of becoming cheer captain. As Alexis licks and sucks Lilli's nylon encased foot and toes, you can watch as her pantyhose get wetter and wetter. Lilli is loving this payback as she gloats and laughs at Alexis. It is obvious how much Alexis wants this position by the ways she doesn't leave one spot of Lilli's feet dry.
