Lantern has come searing for Killjoy, a psychotic sadistic genius that dresses like an evil clown to hide his identity. She is searching through the rooms of his lair with her ring at the ready when Killjoy gets her from behind, covering her mouth with a special "prank" flower that smells very odd. Lantern struggles as her eyes roll up and the room begins to spin. She is laying on the ground disoriented and helpless and Killjoy yanks off her ring. Having her ring taken brings Lantern around but another smother from the flower puts her down completely
