Every devoted slave follows five different “zones.” These are different levels of "activity" that you cycle throughout your day and week.

Today, I explain these zones and why each one is important for the development of any slave. Once you can recognize and understand these different zones, you'll be able to get more out of them. Each zone has its own benefits and ensuring you take full advantage of each one, helps to really maximize "The Red Zone" aka "climax."
