So first 1-2 minutes setting up the stressful scene. Secretary/Exec at office desk. Working on a stressful project that is due soon. Getting calls from bosses and clients. Getting aggravated as nothing seems to be going right and they won't give you the time you need to finish. Maybe you get calls or texts from or husband bugging you about stressful things. Chugging coffee or energy drink at your desk. Heart has been pounding all day and you got no rest for days. If you smoke, maybe you smoke a little to calm down. Starting to feel stressed and nauseous, some slight breathlessness and tightness in chest. You don't worry though because you have to get work done. Minutes 2-5, slow onset of more serious symptoms as the work gets more stressful. Increased pain and tightness in chest, also in jaw, back, neck and down left arm. Throbbing and getting tighter. Breathing more shallow, maybe open a button or two to get air. A bit sweaty and nauseous, still hard to catch breath but still have to keep working. Still on phone and computer pounding out the work, getting calls and emails, more stress. Minutes 6-10, your heart is racing and beating erratically. The attack is starting to get worse You sit back in chair (maybe were pacing while on phone before, but now must catch your breath). Start to begin to realize something is wrong. Pain is worse in chest and left arm. Very heavy breathing and hard to catch your breath. You get one last call that sets you off the cliff. Maybe school calls to say your is suspended for a fight, or maybe the client calls and fires you from the job. Maybe husband threatens to leave you and take all the money, or maybe all of the above. Somehow something really bad happens and you start to get very angry on the call, yelling at the other party when a massive sharp pain hits your chest and drives you down. Clutching at your chest, clawing at your blouse. In mid sentence the attack hits you full blown and you drop phone to grasp your chest. Trying to find phone to call 911. Barely able to get the words out you tell them you are having a heart attack and to get help. Minutes 10-13 -- the massive attack takes over. You are on ground, face up so chest grabbing and breathlessness can be seen, writhing in agony, barely able to catch your breath. Grasping at your blouse, grabbing your chest, maybe even saying "My heart" or "my chest" or "oh my god..." over and over etc. Camera close up, watching as you grab at chest, showing you barely able to breath and struggling for words, for breath. Slowly then transitioning from massive pain to the heart slowing down and you barely breathing. Breath is labored and now slower, heart is stopping. You finally exhale your last breath slowly as your hand releases your blouse and you go. Minutes 13-15, paramedic arrives on scene. Rips open blouse, cuts open bra. Starts performing simulated CPR. You decide whether you make it or the scene fades to black.
