I'm planning on going out to hang with my girlfriends and my idiot step-brother is SUPPOSED to drive me there! He's not home however and i'm getting frustrated. I call my friend and talk to her for a bit but he's no where to be found. Grrrr. I walk around the room, look out the window and his car is there but where the hell is he? God he's so annoying!
