Please clean it with some soapy water and the qtip, please circle the rim of your belly button and get into ever little crevice to get it nice and clean.

Next proceed to listen to your belly all over with the stethoscope and comment on everything you hear such as belly rumbles from your belly digesting it’s meal. Then use the stethoscope to listen to your heart and comment on if it’s beating fast or slow.

Lastly, this’ll be something interesting to try, but I’d like to see if your heartbeat can be visibly seen in your belly button by laying down.”
