What starts out as a breath hold tutorial turns in to a playful day at the pool for Nathalia. She was supposed to make a video on breath holding and how to make yours longer, but after a couple minutes of that, she decides it’s a beautiful day to practice her handstands and front flips too! Nathalia loves swimming around like a fish and enjoying a beautiful day in the pool!
