Here is a script I wrote for you :

You're wearing the same black boots in "Sprain knee and stiff leg".

You're walking outdoors and talking on the phone with a friend. At a moment he announces you a good new and you jump on the spot and gets one of your boots wedged between 2 bars (or something similar, but you don't notce it yet).

After hanging up, you recover from your emotons a litle bit and you decide to go back to your home but you can't and you realize your booted foot is trapped. Desesperatly, you struggle to free yourself but in vain. ...

After hanging up, you recover from your emotons a litle bit and you decide to go back to your home but you can't and you realize your booted foot is trapped. Desesperatly, you struggle to free yourself but in vain. You struggle again and again, but impossible to release your foot. Until one moment, you decide to get your foot out of the boot and in a last efort, you manage to free it from the boot.
