I wonder if you are interested in this idea. (maybe lotion your legs and feet prior) two and half hours. It is kinda of based on a shoe hunter story but takes place in one day at work. Lmk if you like. I am.not sure if the stars of the white heels will hold up. I guess if they break I can always buy you another pair. For the store part, You can buy some cheap sandals or flip flops. I will give you an additional $25 for those.

You take off your left sneaker and sock and put your white sandal back on. You get out of the car and begin walking. Your feet keep sliding forward in your heels. You stop a few times to adjust your feet in your sandals. After 10 minutes of walking you find the place where you are supposed to drop off the letter. You start walking back to the car. After a minute of walking you are tired of your toes sliding forward and overhanging in your sandals. You take off both your sandlas and walk barefoot carrying your heels. Your feet are getting very dirty.
