Now you little loser, watch closely as I clean my feet - especially right here between my toes. I take a piece of cotton swab and rub off all the dirt, and then I'll just stuff the cotton swab into your mouth. You can spit out the plastic stick - and you'll swallow the rest. I've to blow my nose too - did you've a booger today? Not yet? Then open your mouth! In the end I'll take another cotton swab and rub it all over the dirty toilet bowl - and of course you'll take it into your mouth and suck it again!
