Vanessa and Helix lift Jeff the masked man. Helix had never done some of the lifts so need instruction. Lifts include OTS, piggyback, superman, shoulder sit, cradle, over head, fireman's carry, back to back and front lift... Helix was not strong enough to do all of them.. Two camera angles on most lifts. (still no scale for the weigh in, I forgot it and filmed 5 clips that day..darn it)
