Stacy would like to be a better lifter/wrestler but she does not think she is strong enough. So Vanessa has Stacy lifting Star, a petite Asian. First there is a weigh in to see how much Star weighs. Then Vanessa demonstrates lifts then has Stacy do them as well. They both do a cradle, overhead lift, a wife carry lift, crotch lift, fireman's carry and hip. Then Vanessa who is stronger then lifts Star in Face to Face under arm carry and a cool wheelbarrow carry. You also get 4 over the shoulder carries of Star. Great video, pretty long carries..
