Brooke is walking back to the Monte Carlo with a small gas can to put a little gas in the tank to hopefully make it down the road to the store where she can fill up. She's not in the best walking outfit: black leather mini-skirt, black leather jacket, pantyhose and white high heeled pumps. As she adds the gas to the tank, she slides her foot in and out of her shoes to get them a few moments of fresh air as all that walking has tired her feet a good bit.
