The Scenario:
Jane is off for a day of shopping. She gets in her Monte Carlo and it appears to be having some problems starting today. She cranks and pumps a few times and gets it going. She heads down the road and the car stalls on her at the light. She's back at it cranking and pumping, but this time it takes a few more tries.
