The Scenario:
The video begins with Jane greeting Joe and asking him for ideas on how to get her car started.

Joe's first idea is for Jane to massage her foot up and down on the gas pedal a few times before lightly pumping the pedal while cranking the car. She repeats this method for 2 minutes or so before asking Joe for another idea since that's not working.
