The Scenario:
leather riding boots, leather jacket, leather gloves and jeans

Some scenes of Vivian starting up, driving around in the old Bus. Some trouble getting bus started leaving the gas pump. Then she drives it hard on the roads heading to wherever she wants to go. Lots of shifting gears and taking the rpm's high.
