The Scenario:

BACKGROUND: Joe took the school bus home with his best friend for a play date. Sasha Lux is Joe's best friend's step-mom. She gets a call from Joe's step-mom asking her to drive Joe home. Sasha tells Joe to go outside and get in the car while she grabs her keys.

Video begins with Joe (the camera) in the backseat as Sasha gets into the car. She tells Joe to buckle up as she buckles up herself. She cranks the car while gently pumping the pedal and it doesn't start. She tells Joe that the car can be temperamental but she'll get it started shortly. She spends the next 3 minutes or so varying the intensity of her pumping while calmly trying to start the car. She notices Joe never buckled his seat belt and has been staring at her foot while she's been trying to start the car. She invites Joe to come closer to get a better look. The camera zooms in to get a closer look at her leg and foot pumping the pedal. Sasha has lost her cool at this point and spends the next 3 minutes or so angrily cursing the car out for not starting while really pounding on the pedal. Sasha tells Joe that his secret is safe with her and she won't mention anything to his step-mom who would most certainly disapprove of Joe's fetish. Sasha spends the rest of the video varying the intensity of her pumping while putting on a show for Joe playing a damsel in whose car won't start. The video ends with Sasha commenting that they'll have to go inside so Sasha can call Joe's step-mom and tell her she'll have to pick Joe up herself.
