The Scenario:
Filming Vivian from the passenger side, close to the key looking at her and from her point-of-view cranking the old Renault. The car sputters some, starts a time or two but stalls on her. She begs the car and gets more and more frustrated but she never stomps the pedal, only firmly pumps.
