The camera is in the car and watching as Vivian walks up to the Caddy and gets in. She adjusts her skirt, inserts the key in the ignition and gives the car a few pumps of the gas pedal before turning the engine over. It doesn't start the first time so she pumps it a few times again and turns the key...vroom! She gives it a few mild revs, puts in in gear to back up and squeezes the throttle gently but the car bucks, coughs and stalls out. She pumps it firmly, turns the key and the car starts back up.
