She has a shirt that is a bit too short and shows some belly :-) She wants to go jogging. But she is not sure if she can use her car. You see her starting it from the side. It starts directly but than you here the exhaust making a lot of noise. Than a short drive. After jogging she wants to start again but now it does not want to start anymore.
