This nicely dressed lady (black boots, black dress, black and grey pants) shows her neighbour her new car. And shows some cleavage. The floor is covered with newspapers because the car is leaking a lot. She wants to take him on a little tour but the car refuses to start. The lights aren't working because a fuse is loose or corroded. Eventually the car starts and they drive off (scene driving also with the boots). The car starts to stutter and stops in the middle of the road. after replacing the fuse they get home.
