He has told her what to do when it is flooded. She wants to show the sound isolation she has installed. Showing downblouse at the same time. She demonstrates to you how easy it starts now. But it doesn't!

Cranking (facial) for 10 seconds. She is laughing. Pedal pumping from the right side for 1 1/2...

Cranking (facial) for 2 minutes sometimes starting the car but unable to keep it running. Another look at the engine and another downblouse. 1 1/2 minute of pedal pumping until it runs. She revs it hard.

She keeps it running for a minute pressing on the pedals. She wants to look why she cannot reach the pedals and looks at the seats. Giving a nice downblouse. You see her getting in the car, starting and driving off.
