Cranking (facial) for 20 seconds. Pedal pumping 40 seconds in her heeled black shoes with white/black socks. Shifting while cranking does not help but after 4 minutes she is able to start the car.

She drives off but because she has gotten so nervous she has trouble locating second gear. Ending with a minute with view on the shoes while shifting and braking.
