Pixie has been an awful tenant and finally Mr. Diamond insisted that she leave. Pixie wanted her security deposit back despite the damage she caused. Mr. Diamond agreed to do so if she would take discipline from him. Pixie reluctantly agreed. Soon she was re-thinking her calculation as she was the recipient of a severe punishment from Mr. Diamond's belt.
