My goal for the today was to complete a tripod gymnastics move with my legs fully in the air, find out if I managed it in the vid!
Before I could get trying that the videographer asked me to perform a few yoga moves on the mat first to give myself a full body workout and stretch away all of the aches and pains, it certainly did that and made for a very sexy stretching session wearing this lightweight leotard, I can't wait to try this one again some day!
