Francesca is driving along, listening to her favorite tunes, on her way to her appointment. Feeling happy, all of a sudden, she starts to use the brakes and nothing happens. She pushes on the brake pedals, but nothing seems to happen, and Francesca gets worried. She says she just got those brakes fixed, nothing should be wrong, she says she may have to call the mechanic, and looks for the number as she tries the brakes.
