Even though RX24 balloon has a gorgeous neck anyway there's a way to get the best of it during btp - riding and blowing balloon at the same time!! Cosette has a crystal teal balloon and Stashia picked crystal pink one. They start blowing and riding them together, and when one balloon goes boom, the second one faces the double pressure before the burst!
