The vid begins with a closeup of your belly as the beginning of the song I provided plays. You rub it, stick a finger in your navel and twist around...then you apply lotion to your belly and take care to get it into your navel.
Then...you stick the Diamond jewel in your navel and back up so all of you is visible in a bikini top and low-slung skirt. You have makeup and earrings and a jewel on your forehead. Bracelets..
You belly dance to the remaining music. Make sure your arms are above your head sometimes..
