Today is a bad day, and i mean it, bad.....i woke up like other eveyr morning, got a message on whastapp about something related to one of my family members, something that got me really upset......immediately after reading the message, i rush to the bathroom and a huge diarrhea starts.......i stay in the bathroom few mins, clean myself, go make coffee, again, my intestins start hurting, i rush to the bathroom and another huge diarrhea starts........well, after that the cramps kept coming, but i couldnt go to the toilet anymore. I took a pain med and hoped for the pain to go away. nope........

I took a pain med and hoped for the pain to go away. nope........nothing..........i then get iinvited by one of the family members to go grab some lunch, but my stomach is bad, bad......i rush home and another diarrhea comes my way, this time i made a video, its not the worst of today, still its bad enough to keep me in bed the rest of the day.
