I caught a bug, im sure this is it......in one day 7 times rushing to the toilet with diarrhea, my asshole is so sore that you will see me actually suffering, it feels like 1000 needles being expelled from my ass. I want to cry many times, but everytime i eat, my stomach starts with painful cramps and i just need to go.
