I had pizza with some friends the night before....everytime i have pizza i have a tummy ache next day, is like i know Im gonna have a hard time and i still eat it....Damn!

So i wake up like every other day, make coffee, and light my cig............................brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmmm, brummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm and my guts start to make this weird noise and i feel this urge to plop.

What a tummy ache, and as soon as i sit on the toilet it comes like a tsunami! Diarr*** and lots of pain. Help me pls!
