Sometimes i have a very bad time to evacuate....its a pain in the butt really....and i need to do a lot of pushing to be able to have one lil plop out when i know there is so much more to let go. Today is a bad day, i make so much effort to let it out but only one plop is sent away. I know there is more to come out, but no matter what i do.....nothing more than one plop! Pee and farting are includd ofc.
