Today wasnt a good day, i felt constipated all day, that big belly that you dont know where it came from......after dinner though, i need to try to get these plops out, i then realize how my feet reflect the pain i feel in a very particular way. I had so much pain that i cried. I really cried. It was bad enough that when it ended, i yawned really big. I always yawn when i have been through a lot of pain. Take a look!
