Another bad day for me, tons of cramps, my period is bad, i need to change my tampons frequently and today my pad didnt hold all the flux i had and leaked to my panties, i was at the therapy when i felt something wet on my crotch and got very unconfortable with it. Also my tummy aches are much harder when my period hits.
