In this clip I do a p90x yoga series in my living room, wearing only a black g-string and a smile:) I really hate yoga...I much prefer high impact/high intensity workouts, but yoga does work, so I do it:) It is a great way to zone out, listen to some wicked tracks and push my flexibility to the edge and beyond. The clip starts off with a stretching series before moving through the various poses of the routine, including sun salutations, runners pose, the 'warrior' series and chair pose. At the end I do a last final stretch and blow you a kiss through the camera. Enjoy:)
