It is mid-August and in Italy it is, as usual, a very hot holiday. The cities are semi-deserted, everyone is heading to holiday localities. Everyone, even the wife of the poor jerk who, after abandoning him tied to a pole, has left for the sea with one of her lovers. After a few hours finally a Lady (Misia the Witch) stops but instead of helping him she makes him her new foot licking loser.
