rachel had a warrant out for her arrest. the police arrive and put her under arrest. she is put up against the wall and patted down. she is then put on the floor, as she protests her innocence. she is put in a hogtie so she will stay in place while he gets the transport ready. she yells that it is ridiculous and protests the bindings. she is then released from that and led out the car for transport. she is put in the car and driven away to the station
