Rachel starts off seared on top of a box with her pantyhose covered feet towards the camera. She shoves an entire pair of pantyhose in her mouth. Once fit tightly into her mouth, thick clear vinyl tape is wrapped tightly around her head many times covering from nose to chin. Then a pantyhose hood is pulled tightly over her head. Then once in place thin black electrical tape is wrapped many times around the already stuffed mouth.
