Supergirl goes to a remote cabin to confront the anarchist who has been wreaking habit on the city. He uses a freezing spray on her making her unable to fight as he ties her up and gags her. she is then left in a weakened state to struggle on the floor. He returns and moves her to retie her on a table so that she is more secure so he can finish his plans against the city
