rachel is led into the precinct by officer eric cain to officer jj plush. she was accused of comitting robberies and she has her hands cuffed behind her back. she is put against the wall by eric and she is searched before he leaves her to get transport ready. jj watches her while she is against the wall before leading her off to be taken to her cell. she is placed in her cell in handcuffs for a time before officer cain returns and removes the cuffs. she paces in her cell, complaining loudly causing them to return to the cell. continued in part 2
